The issue is that guys like kobe say they'd consider it for 40 or 50 mil a year, and those crazy fracking euros have it and have no restrictions on spending

$50M a year?...is BK a Euro GM now?  :)

darius,

good point on flexibility.  this iggy thing already dragging on, i have a feeling that he's going to sign the QO.  that would still give us some flexibility next year, maybe fast eddie will take his chances.

I agree with Skates, good thing the Sixers don't have him anymore.  He would have outbid himself re-signing AI and Lou.

I'm curious about this guy and never seen him play.  How does he compare to, let say, Greg Buckner?

Ducky,

thanks for the clarification on the VC thing.  i guess at this point they are still ways apart on the negotiations.

i guess Ed is just looking at his options.  however why would he be looking at VC with a killer contract for 4 more and yet he's not willing to pony up for Andre.

first the clips had their chance with elton and they didn't take full advantage of it.  mike dunleavy should stop talking about he had a verbal agreement with elton and all that.  fand that shouldn't have happened in the first place, any sort of negotiation should be thru his agent.  for me EB's already with the sixers and he can't do anything about it.  he sounds like a spurned lover so he should just shut it.

if i were walsh, i'd take the deal, basically with or without zach they won't be competitive for a few seasons. why not just do a salary dump and at least have a chance to be a player in the FA market next season.

Is Billy King working as a consultant for the Bucks?

Maybe he's working working in the shadows.  Wait, did the Bucks outbid themselves?

BK should be only allowed to manage a laundry shop.  however every league needs a village idiot, i say he should be a GM again with another team.  i miss seeing him bidding against himself.
