Well said rt, you could add the Phoenix Suns and their run of 60+ seasons and no titles.
Below are responses to Joe. I'm not gonna use the quote/quote feature because unless one has HideyW.O.W. level computer expertice it louses things up.

That the Cavs won 60 games is a testament to how good Lebron is.
JoeV: No, on how good THE TEAM is. Unlike some, LeBron actually USES the team.
Kobes Bryant in 2004-5 and 5-6 had what i would consider an equal cast to LeBrons current support, all things being equal (Mike Brown vs Phil J included).
LeBron? 60 wins and at least a push to the Championship. Kobes? No playoffs at all and 1st round and out, quitting in Game 7.
That you and Vancil try to diss a near triple double game he had is sorry.
JoeV: Because there's more to a game than numbers. It was a good game. But some choices he made were exceptionally poor, and went against what the team was trying to do. It was atypical of what James normally does, and it turned out to be a big loss. The fact that you want to essentially give him a trophy for a game which the Cavs lost tells me that you're not paying attention to the results.
I watched the entire mid 3rd qtr to the end. He made two selfish plays, the second being with the game over, the one where you pointed out he passes the ball to the other team. You must mean his turnovers in the 1st 2 1/2 quarters because in no way shape or form did he have a Kome type final mid 3rd to end of 4th game.

All kinds of people are convinced LeBron is better, or at worst equal to Kobme.
JoeV: ...including me. Your point? Do I not also call Bryant out when he does selfish stuff - regardless of the numbers he puts up?
Alrighty then.

No comment on Gasol Odom and Byns for Shaq Z and Jamison.
JoeV: It didn't deserve a comment. Come on, seriously, you want a comment on that? Fine - here it is: Why don't you shut up about things that no *GOOD* GM would ever consider?
See above and below. Also this is your quote "I'm with 'koast here. There's nothing wrong with Cleveland. It's a good team that didn't win it all. It has the parts and pieces, but it needs time together."
JoeV: Come on, Reality. Skander and I were *BOTH* on here, calling the Gasol deal ridiculous. Skander recently called it a deal that made him absolutely lose interest in the NBA. The fact that you dwell on that deal is annoying. It happened two years ago. Drop it. You over-use that sort of thing to the point that everyone glosses over just how big a deal it really was just on sheer exhaustion.
Laker Fan keeps denying it as a reason Kome went from .500 to contender. From a basketball perspective it is beyond over-used, glossed and exhausting. From a business mans point of view they are a continuinal cash cow for me.

You can sure as shootin bet LeBrons team would be better (I say Championship hands down) and i doubt Kobes wins anywhere near 60 games with that crew. See 2005 6 7.
All kinds of fans all over the place who know that.
JoeV: Ditto if you gave them to Wade in Miami.
True, he already outdid Kome by titling with a much older and injured Shaq and co. in 2006.
JoeV: Or Carmelo Anthony in Denver.
That punk? I don't think so. Even with the strong cast Kome currently enjoys.
JV: Or Roy in Portland.
Maybe.
JV: What's your point - that the Lakers have assembled a good core of bigs? Do you think *ANYONE* doesn't agree with that?
Same as above. As long as Laker Fan keeps parroting how the 2008 Championship *proves* that Kobme is better then Lebron. Tell them to drop it. Please.
