On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

Oh boy, another older plodding frontliner to keep Duncan down.

Pops Mensa-bootay comes in vs Dallas and does very well, including a long long overdue athletic dunk over Dork.
Popacement has benched him ever since.  What gives?  Too athletic and exciting for 'Cement?

Older?  he was born in 1981 Reality....he would bring the team average age down.  lol

Wow!  You get a healthy Manu back and add 6'10 Gooden to the mix and the Spurs CLOSE the gap with the Lakers.  The Lakers better make sure they keep HC advantage if the Spurs are going to beef up.  LA times reported that PJ is going after Gooden as well.

So Goodens on the way to the Spurs.
Groin injury and all.  Will he play the rest of this season?

What can Gooden do that Pops Mensa-Bootay can't do?

True that might be our best "enforcer" role vs the Lakerz.

Gooden on paper looks like a good upgrade for a big on our team:

compared to kurt:

http://www.nba.com/playerfile/kurt_thomas/index.html

and bonner:

http://www.nba.com/playerfile/matt_bonner/index.html

By the way Bonner is the second best rebounder on the team, Bonner Reality....coming in at a whopping 4.90 boards, Thomas is 4.70.  Gooden is at 8.7, I think Tim will appreciate any help he can get from Drew - assuming he will pay and not sit too long.  Tim is averaging 10.6, so this tells you how lttle help Tim is actually getting right now from our "bigs."  I just hope this guy can play soon, any help he can offer would be welcome.

Play for the Spurs.  Tim Thomas plays for the Bulls.
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.
