Nothing really wrong with JVille.  Houston is good.  Really.  By that i mean they are a solid .500 team meaning on any given week....
Their coach is good and Hurricane Ike took a lot out of them.

Giants win in Jersey over the Seahawks
Starting to feel unsure about this game due to the buress suspension, feels like one of those scary trap games.

My next highest confidence game is the panthers...the chiefs won cause the broncos defense blows pooty - Panthers defense much more stout in the early season...might change between now and Sunday at 1

If I hadn't gone out on the 'limb' with Dallas against the cowboys i'd have an easy pick this week...i've used lousy strategery

Concern unfounded it seems - giants pounding the seahawks (and panthers pounding the chiefs)

Some upsets / overly close games occurring where they shouldn't be though...

2 weeks in a row the 'freeze the kicker' move backfires.  Last week Arizona still got the win (and took out the dallas punter).  History indicates that the Raiders will lose in a truly horrific/laughable way

And the Viks won.
Since then...are you still alive in Survival?
Looks like you made no pick for this week.

This isn't a pick for this week?

I thought it was a statement.  I didnt even look at the date.
Okay so you are very much alive at 6-0.

I'm still shook up after my hero PRivers had a meltdown today.
PRivs is to my NFL watching what SuperManu and Timmy Dunks are in hoop terms.

Sadly, I don't even know what that means

I guess you should expect the same flame out from the Chargers you're going to get from the Spurs.

I'm so pissed the Chargers are doing so poorly.  I really thought that after week 4 the Chargers should have been undefeated but there seems to be something wrong with the team.  LT is not doing all that well, don't know how much of it is due to lingering injuries and Rivers looks hurt but it's his decision making that is killing the Chargers.  There is still a shot they can turn it around but something has to change or they need to get healthy.

There will always be close games and suck outs in Survival.  Joe holds the board record at i think 11, i am 2nd at 10.
You are actually doing very well to be at 8 currently.
