I think you heard wrong. Utah repealed the sin-tax because it would actually bring in TOO MUCH money. What with our country-leading levels of premarital sex and teenage pregnancy, and our prolific use of anti-depressants, our state is a poster child for the insufficiency of having lots of rules and preaching abstinence without education.

Here is the Repuglican brilliance almost everyone is missing.  AGAIN, the Repugs are taking the focus of this election away from the real issues and away from the incompetence of their candidate.  This campain is more about Obama vs Palin and Biden vs Palin.  Completely ignoring the idiocy of McCain and his near 180 of all his stances on important issues in the past few years.  A lot of what I respected about McCain has been cancelled every since he decided to run for president.  IMO McCain sold out many of his beleifs and voting record to get the Repug nomination and now he has completely sold out by selecting Palin as his VP in the hopes of capturing the Christian and female voters in order to win the presidential election.  I do not want that guy in the oval office because he will continue to "sell out".

I wouldn't use those words to describe Palin...or even Mrs. Reality.  As far as describing Reality...well, maybe his "friends with benefits" down Tijuana way think that.
