You can ban folks for whatever you damn well please...

There's something coming, hopefully by next season, morons won't be allowed to play.

There are a number of somewhat frightning posters over at Philaphans that I would never get into a discussion with.

Sorry you got the boot, you were one the better posters- and now I'm about the biggest stat geek on the Sixers board.

By the way - keep in mind this is the internet - and these posts are not suitable for the easily offended - but you want to see some real 'jem' hatred - check this out

then again, most of the people who post there have sports knoweldge that hasn't progressed past the 50s and maturity levels that haven't gotten out of the high school locker room

:)

Three thoughts...

1) Congrats on making your usual exit from a message board

2) That board is full of douchebags. That thread is one of the most disturbing threads I've ever read and so good for you for getting the hell away from them.

3) I find it funny that there's a board full of dudes who hate your guts and yet another board (realgm) that pretty much wants you back.

Oh how I love the internet.

This board could be a good place for Sixer posters.  Add a few posters (Skates, Ducky, SF1976, Knux) and this board would have a good crew.  And then go invite only based on whether someone is a good poster at one of the other boards.

As long as there is no secret handshake.

Internet forums are funny. Everyone is overly uptight and sensitive about so many things and they suck at detecting sarcasm. Then when someone bans you they act all hardass about it and they actually think you are sitting there sobbing when in fact you are laughing your ass off about it.

I wouldn't have any issues with checking back on this board. I would say that tonight's discussion has involved just about the essential posters that any Sixers discussion should have.

They even asked him about how Bayless will be for Indiana when in fact he was traded to Portland and Bird answered...
