LA listed 3rd fattest city in the US
« on: January 06, 2006, 03:11:13 PM »
San Antonio moves from 10th to 12th...We are getting better little by little...Chicago was the fattest this year...lol
On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

Chicago is first, despite getting rid of Eddy Curry?  Who'd have thought it!

Blame it on In-N-Out burger and Tommys Burger!!!

You know whats funny about this is the fact that LA residents are always on some BS new fad diet and has the most "healthy" eating type places than any other major city I have been in.

For those who have never partaken of an In-N-Out, take it from a short fat guy, you do not know what you are missing  :hail:  :hail:  to In-N-Out.

A third-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the majority. A second-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the minority. A first-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking.

A quotation is a handy thing to have about, saving one the trouble of thinking for oneself.

LA is at 3rd?  Despite losing Shaquille O'Neal?

Hmmm...

Oh, wait!  I remember seeing this headline in the paper not too long ago:

"LA Gains Future Hall of Famer and 350 Pounds;  Charles Barkley Moves to Pasadena"
This message was brought to you by Diet Dr. Pepper.  It tastes more like regular Dr. Pepper.

Actually, for those of you who have not visited the famous Tommy's while in LA are truly missing out. Those are pretty good burgers, though I would love to know what goes into their sauce.
"We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty.....We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason.....We are not descended from fearful men, not from men who feared to write, to speak, to associate and to defend causes that were for the moment unpopular....We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home."

First its in one of my favorite comedies of all time (The Big Lebowski) and now people on the board are raving about it.  That tears it, Ziggy, send me one of these things overnight airmail, dammit.

"This agression will not stand, man."

Awesome movie.  Watched it this summer at a stylish Spanish restaraunt that shows movies on the rooftop, complete with drink specials related to the movie.  The place was packed with people who knew most of the lines inhaling "Caucasians".

No In-N-Out north of Redding Ca.  I have to get mine in Ventura or Phoenix       (Spring Training and In-N-Out, does life get any better?), so you will have to talk to westcoast, or WOW, I can't help you.
