OT: Kerry in serious scandal
« on: February 13, 2004, 10:58:11 AM »
John Kerry is in a potential career ending scandal. Rumors of marital infedility with a young lady have surfaced. Reports are that he sent the girl to Africa to avoid the scandal. Allegedly, Dean was going to quit if he lost Wisconsin, but because of these allegations, he is keeping himself in the ring.  Gore didn't throw his support to Kerry because he feared this scandal would rear its ugly head, so he went with Dean.  Even Wes Clark allegedly said that the Kerry camp would implode due to internal forces.  To combat the rumor, Kerry went on Don Imus and denied the report. If this is true, bye bye Kerry as the demo candidate, possibly by by election.  See Drudge Report for more info...

KERRY ON IMUS: 'THERE'S NOTHING TO REPORT, NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT . . . NO'

Democratic presidential frontrunner John Kerry told IMUS IN THE MORNING "there is nothing to report" after a DRUDGE REPORT exclusive revealed the frantic behind-the-scenes drama surrounding a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry!

The nature and details of a claimed two-year relationship, beginning in the Spring of 2001, between a young woman and Kerry is at the center of serious investigations at several media outlets.

After being approached by a top news producer, the woman fled to Africa, where she remains.

"Well, there is nothing to report," Kerry told IMUS. "So there is nothing to talk about. I'm not worried about it. No."

In expanded comment later in the broadcast, Don Imus later told his on-air crew that "Kerry is dead" if "something comes out."

When the political other siders were trying to bust Clinton, Larry Flint launched a campaign using his private eyes to uncover stuff on the ones attacking Clinton.  Remember when the house speaker or somesuch stepped down due to Flints uncovering an affair, then another one.  Flint said he would only let up when they let up.

Point being, do you not think all of these politicians, every party have scandalous lies in their closets?

The question might better be do I think most people have skeletons in their closets that they don't want others to know about. The answer is "yes". Does that mean that Kerry might have some skeletons? Likely. Does that mean that this report on Kerry is true. No.

Drudge is not the bastion of great journalistic truth, and really is more of a political hack masquerading as a journalist. Some of his stuff has a merit of truth to it, and some of it is garbage. I'll give this report some credence when I actually see some reputable proof.

It could be a front by the Bush campaign to discredit Kerry.  They have been known to plant info in the past. (ex: the outing of the CIA agent who discredited Bush's WMD claims .)

LOL Kenneth!

101, thanks for stating the obvious. Of course every potential scandal in this election is a plant orchestrated by the Bush government. It's about damn time someone said it!! Even if Kerry DID sleep with another woman, he only did it while under mind control of NSA operatives working for the Generalissimo . . . er . . . President. You've got your finger on the pulse man . . . keep us informed!
"You take him Perk!" ~Kevin Garnett

"I think the responsibility the Democrats have may rest more in resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was President to put some standards in and tighten up a little bit on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac." ~Bill Clinton

Howard Dean once left the scene of an accident, leaving a small child crippled.

Dennish Kucinich's comes from a political prisoner executed by the Chinese Govt.

George W. Bush used to buy whiskey for his underage daughters.

Wes Clark wears dresses.

Dick Cheney once ordered a bride from Bangkok.

There.  Now they are all in a "serious scandal."

Kerry DID IT for his country Evil TED!!  LOL

Bush has a hard enough time tying his shoes let alone being some kind of mastermind behind all this cloack and dagger cut throat democrat scandal.  lets just be clear here.  Kerry has been known to be dishonest about his war record, why shouldnt he be dishonest about an affair?  as for the democrats falling apart, PLEASE dont see it is the Pres and his Administration behind it all, they are just watching and laughing alaong with everyone else in the country that can see the Demo's are bringing themselves down this year.  even so, Kerry will still probably get the nomination, because Dean just creeps people out, so does his bland wife, who the hell wants either one of them to represent our country on a world stage??

I agree Kerry is the best of the worst for the Dems, and after all as Kerry has told us 10 or 20 billion times, he is a vet. Your right about Doctor Demento and you are very kind calling his wife "bland." To me she looks like a sex change experiement the good Doctor attempted that went seriously wrong.
