Hakeem trains Dwight

I'm excited about this.  Big Dwight fan (my 2nd favorite player behind Duncan).

Howard's shown flashes of his offensive game over the past few years, but hopefully training with the Dream will give him some other go-to moves.  Too often, he bricks jump-hooks and shows the drop-step 50,000 times a game.

Dwight doesn't have that type of hand/eye cordination.  He has no touch, he can be sevicable but getting excited about him working with Dream is a bit unrealistic.  Too athletic to be "smooth" IMO.

I think that it's precisely Howard's athleticism that makes this potentially work.  Howard doesn't have Hakeem's hands, but that's not Howard's real problem - it's the fact that he can only do one thing foot-wise - the drop-step.  While I don't expect Howard to have Shaq-like footwork after working with Hakeem, anything that Olajuwon shows him will be of benefit.

Even if he learned a few fakes from Hakeem I think his game would benefit tremendously.  The problem with his post game outside of his foot work is also just how predictable it is.   Everyone knows exactly when Howard is going to go up for a shot.
