Congrads Ted!  May the child have all the basketball skills you do.  You are making fresh talent for the Caucasian Basketball Association.

Not yet. It was just the ultrasound. It will be our fourth, with my ONLY wife.

Going to have a long talk with the wife though, the "Lil Smokie" was far too easy to see for me to be the father.

Okay, Ted, does that now make four wifes and one kid? I can't keep track.

One wife. Four kids. Two soon-to-be disconnected blue (she's pregnant) balls.

So what's her name?   ;D

Seriously, CONGRATS Ted.  And have you chosen his name?

Hell no! Boy names are the worst.

I never got to use the name I wanted for a boy.  Alexander is my favorite boy name but in our circle of friends/family that name had a very bad rep.  Mateo (Mat) and Tomas (Thomas) were also supposed to be the names for my boys.  Sooooooooooooooooooooooo many people wanted me to name one of my boys after me but IMO that is a bit egotistical.  I decided that instead of having a "junior" I would name my boys with "J" names so their initials would be J.R. (junior).

I also didn't get to use my favorite girl name, Monica, because of that whole Clinton cigar thingy...  :-[

Good luck with the name game, with my kids I had final say in the naming of my girls and my wife had the final say in the naming of the boys.

Agreed. Everyone pushed me to at least give them my name as a middle name. Instead, we've been using Grandparents for middle names.

Congrats Ted!

btw, naming a kid after yourself is a terrible idea.  If you somehow raise a screwup then it can end up ruining your credit or making it look like you have a criminal past.

Congrats Ted.  I vote for Mortimer Hobart.
