I hate the term moral victory, but tonight's game was entertaining- esp the finish.

Shot .544 and only 8 TO's.  Strong game by Miller, Theo and all the young guys.  Good contribution by Iguodala down the stretch.  Created fr others and finished with a great drive/dunk.  The early 3's (11 of first 13) just killed them.

Why was Ivey in the game over Thad down the stretch?

Defense vs. Parker.  No one else could guard him.

Ivey can't either.

He's useless.

On both ends of the court.

I was a little dissatisfied, since they should have won the game.  The Sixers had the ball with the game tied and Miller ended up turning the ball over.  In fairness to him, no one moved to give him an easy pass or to get open for a shot, but how do you end the game with a possession like that?

Iguodala's drive past Ginobli and Duncan for a slam was sick!

What a lucky bounce for the Spurs that the missed shot goes right to Tony Parker, and a prayer right at the buzzer goes in.

This does point out one of the primary reasons I would like to move Miller - we have terrible defensive point guards.  Miller plays so far off his man 90% of the time he is in a different time zone, while Lou has not met a screen he didn't slam into or duck way behind.  Parker is not easy to guard, but we make an awful lot of PG's look like all-stars, and the real all-stars chew us up and spit us out.

It shows just how astronomically stupid Cuban was last year to trade away Harris.  PG's with size who can defend and score at a high level are incredibly rare.  An he was give up for the privilege of paying 20M/yr for a washed up Jason Kidd?
