That I agree with Lurker. As I said before I think they need to keep him away from all Spurs games. Not just important ones but every single Spurs game.
However the refs have not had a "hand" in this series and I don't expect them to either.
Tonight is going to be very interesting. I still think the Lakers have a huge hill to climb tonight and have a small chance of pulling this one out. The Spurs are just too good at home and this squad as a whole has not quite been tested like this yet. The Spurs are a different beast at home then on the road. I am staying positive as I really liked the fact Odom took it upon himself to shoulder some blame and spent additional time to correct his mistakes. That is leadership and I applaud him for that. Thing is his consistency has come into question many times before so it's hard to give him the benefit of the doubt until we actually see how he comes out. With Odom is seems like you can tell what kind of game he will have by the end of the 1st/middle of the 2nd. If he's not getting it going by then he mentally takes himself out of games.
Keys for the Spurs? Do EXACTLY what you did on Sunday. Play good defense, let the 3 point shooting space the floor for Timmy and Tony, and slow the tempo down a bit.
Keys for the Lakers? Pretend you actually know how to play defense for an entire game!
