Fitness results real or bull?

I mean it obviously seems like bull in only 12 weeks.
Anyone have the facts on this Body-for-LIFE outfit?

It's a pretty intense regimen. I've read the book and followed it sporadically. If you actually follow it to the letter, you're working out just about as hard as most of the gym-nuts at Golds, and you're eating very very well.

I think it's possible, but I believe some of the more remarkable transformations took longer than 12 weeks.

No way on Earth any of the guys shown in photos did this in 12 weeks.
Lose a bunch of weight, yes.  Bulk up and define like that?  No way. 

I don't think any of the chicks did this in 12 either, but theirs at least look possible.

Of course its a little exagerrated but you will see definition/tone after 3 months mos def.

If you start now you will be in good enough shape to try out for the Spurs this summer.
