Kome to force GNob into All Star Game?
« on: February 14, 2008, 10:57:58 AM »
Kome Bryant, fresh off another near 30 point night thanks to Collusion 2008, has consulted with Zenny Phil Jackson and may do a move to get himself some days off thereby forcing Manu "SuperGnob" Ginobili out of getting 4 days rest and into the All Star Game.
Coach Phil Jackson said he'd prefer Bryant not play in the All-Star Game. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/allstar2008/news/story?id=3245126

GNob, coming off a 46 pt 8 assist 6 board win at Cleveland (taking only 20 shots to do so and lofting 8/11 treys) remained the lovable humble Latino that Spurs and others have come to know and cherish.  "As you know, for me it is all about helping the team win the Championship.  As to the All Star game, while it is an honor to be recognized, I leave that for the other, how you say...meediah whoores".

Bryant is expected to base his decision on his Drs advice.  He will see Dr. Rigged later today.

This is Wilt type stuff:
Manu Ginobili scored 46 points as the Spurs completed their nine-game road trip by defeating Cleveland. Ginobili posted per-game averages of
24.7 points
6.1 rebounds
6.2 assists over that span to become the first player in NBA history to average at least 24 points, six rebounds and six assists during a road trip of at least nine games.

Nob is the right nick for Manuaella, did you guys see that HILLARIOUS ultra flop vs Boston?  LOL@ that KNOB!  :D

I just hope Manuella doesn't commit a game LOSING foul for an "and-one" and cost the WC the all-star game.
