And it shows in their opponents FG%. In their last 5 games the Lakers hvae managed to hold their opponents to the following FG%.
TWolves - .314
Kings - .410
Bucks - .404
Clips - .400
Clips - .432
Just as a comparison, we will use the Spurs (since I heard it from a reliable source that they were the best defense team in the league) for their last five games (games in which TD has played).
Suns - .286
Detroit - .452
TWolves - .427
Celts - .415
TWolves - .437
Looks like the Lakers D has improved a great deal -- and, imagine this, just in time for the playoffs.

the cream rises to the top brutha. Just like I have been saying all year, in the end, look for LA or SA to be there. Run and gun teams don't fair well in the playoffs. And in case anybody is wondering, the playoffs began...oh, about a week ago.
