SA vs. TWolves for the Midwest Division . . .
« on: March 25, 2004, 03:11:24 PM »
The TWolves have only 9 games left but 6 of them are on the road.  The Spurs have 11 games left.

Spurs play 7 of the last 11 games against teams over .500 ball.
Spurs:  Pistons, Suns, Cavs, Kings, at Jazz, at Lakers, Sonics, Blazers, at Clips, at Blazers, Nuggets

TWolves play 6 of their last nine against teams over .500 ball.
TWolves:  at Lakers, at Clips, at Rockets, Wizards, Grizzlies, at Kings, at Warriors, Jazz, at Grizzlies.

The TWolves have the tougher schedule but the Spurs have to make up two games in the process.  The TWolves are the best in the west on the road but have staggered lately (so have the Spurs -- but before Lurker jumps on his soapbox -- a few of those wins were without TD).

Why do the Wolves only play 81 games this year?

Their current record is 49-23 or 72 games.  They have 10 left.
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.
