I'm liking everything but the height.  Listed at 6'6", i hear really 6'5".
If he is groomed as Bowens replacement can he guard the taller SFs?
Bowens has his moments at 6'7".

Most SF's don't post up so if he moves his feet he should be ok if they intent is to make him a defender.  The Spurs need atheltic guys to compete with the Suns and Mavs, unless they "suspension" fix is going to be put into play every year.

I don't think that matters all that much for the reason WOW said.  Besides with this game slowly shading away from the paint height doesn't seem to be quite as important as it once was.
