I heard he was recently complaining about his lack of "touches".

Timberwolves' Griffin pleads guilty to inattentive driving

New mix in Wolves' lineup matches up with 76ers
Minnesota Timberwolves basketball player Eddie Griffin pleaded guilty Monday to a petty misdemeanor for inattentive driving stemming from a crash in March when he drove into a parked vehicle in Minneapolis.
Griffin, 24, paid a fine and court fees totaling $375, said Mary Heng, an assistant city attorney. She said a misdemeanor charge for not having a driver's license was dropped after Griffin produced a valid Texas license and showed he had auto insurance.

"I think it was a fair outcome," said Griffin's attorney, Dan Guerrero. Griffin left a Timberwolves practice Monday before a reporter could reach him.

The crash attracted attention because several witness told two officers who arrived that Griffin was acting drunk, but the officers didn't give him an alcohol breath test and drove him home to St. Paul. The actions of officers Daniel Anderson and Matthew Lindquist prompted an internal police investigation, which is still underway, said Lt. Greg Reinhardt.

The owner of the damaged vehicle, Jamal Hassuneh, has sued Griffin and Minneapolis police. That suit, which has been moved to federal court, alleges that Griffin was watching pornography and masturbating in his sport-utility vehicle when he hit the car. It cites a grocery store surveillance tape taken after the crash in which Griffin said he was drunk.

Yep, Eddie has plenty of time to *ahem* amuse himself now that his minutes have been swiped by rookie second rounder Craig Smith.

I'll try and do a bigger post on the Wolves this weekend but for now let me just say I am really happy to see Eddie sitting in favor of Smith, a hard worker with great touch around the rim.

Yes we would like to see a big post about the Wolves, where they are at, and your personal thoughts about what they can do this season!!  Too much Lakers, Spurs, Jazz (jk guys) talk around here.

Maybe belligerent posturing would better describe the dialogues than "talk".  But any input on other teams can be slammed and discredited just as easily...go for it, jn!
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.

I'll be going to the Wolves/Jazz game tomorrow so I'll be able get my first extended look at Utah as well.  I've been impressed with little I have seen of them so far.

What are you trying to say Lurker?  That Manu has disapeared this season as if it was games 2, 4, 5 in a playoff series?   ;D

Attention westkoast, Randy has stolen your ID and password.  Take care of it before he can do any more damage.  :)
