I got tickets for the Rookie game but I sold them.

I've also got tickets to pre-opening night of the NBA jam on Wed, that I'm going to.

No.

Lower level rookie all-star game tixs are guaranteed to any new season ticket holder, you get put into the lotto for All-Star Saturday night tixs in the upper level.

All-Star Saturday night is guarantted to any 1999 to present season ticket holder in the lower level, you get put into the Lotto for the All-Star game in the upper level.

No All-Star game lower level tixs are available to the public.
