Not even close.

B.Y.O.B. by System of a Down is clearly #1.  The message in the music is AWESOME, almost as awesome as the song, and the video is pretty cool.

"History shouldn't be a mystery"
"Our story is real history"
"Not his story"

"My people's culture was strong, it was pure"
"And if not for that white greed"
"It would've endured"

"Laker hate causes blindness"

argggh....country bites Reality.

On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

I know reading comprehension is not your strong suit, BYOB is about the current wars in the desert for oil.  That whole album kicks arse, Mezmorize, their latest release, Hypnotise is not as good.

Randy, I mean WOW,

What possibly makes you think I did not know BYOB was about the current desert war.

"Redo" in the sense it's the same chant as Ozzy in 1969.  Politicians suck, war rages on.  Music industry arteests/Hollywood types singing about societal woes, including war and politicians.  It's been done before.

Offers zero real solution.
Anywho have you two biters seen and heard the Chesney video?

No the video is beautiful and has a lot of depth.

No Cheeze.

As for Chesney, there are rumors that should interest L.A. types.

 He can play center?

Nothing really interest L.A. that isn't already there, the only POSSIBLE exception is a Pro-football team.

I'm not a fan of country music for the same reason I'm not a fan of the WNBA, it's second rate when compared to country music from south of the border.  The singers, musicians and content are 10X better, I still don't listen to that either unless I'm forced to at parties or by my wife.

I'm not a fan of Fag Sabbath either, they just seemed weak along the same lines as Motley Crew, KISS, Iron Maiden and Def Leppard.

The Mex and South American Womens Basketball League.  Wow.  What kind of uniforms do they wear?

New USA country is quite a bit different from old country.

Here is another great Kenny Chesney song for y'all.  Its one I cherish while thinking of you Lakers.
"Some people change".   Weakoasts partially admitting a Kobme phantom foul is just   a forebringer of things to come.

I saw Kiss in 1974 before they became sell out suck ups.  In fact they were losing money but they tried 10Xs as hard and didn't have near the dog n pony stage props they ended up with.  Pretty good show.

Crues Kick Start My Heart is anything but weak.  You're starting to sound like Old Man Fart.  It was the only album they were remotely drug free and that song and a couple others like Same Ole Situation are very good.  Otherwise blast away on them, i don't care for all their druggy worship Me attitude and makeup crap.

"Some People Change"

His old man was a rebel yeller, bad boy to the bone, and say can’t trust a color feller, he
judge em by the tone of their skin. He was raised to think like his dad narrow mind full of
hate on the road to no where fast till the grace of god got in the way then he saw the light n
hit he’s knees n cried and said a prayer, rose up a brand new man n left the old one right
there

[Chorus:]
Here’s to the strong, thanks to the brave don’t give up hope some people change
against all odds, against the grain love finds a way, some people change

She was born with her mothers habit guess you can say its in her blood she hates it that
she’s gotta have it she fills a glass up n she love to kill that bottle but all she could
think about is a better life, a second chance for everyone she’s letting down she throws that
bottle down

[Chorus:]
Here’s to the strong, thanks to the brave don’t give up hope Some people change
against all odds, against the grain love finds a way, some people change

Thank god for those who make it let them be the light…

Some people change

Here’s to the strong, thanks to the brave don’t give up hope Some people change, against all
odds against the grain, love finds a way, some people change

Some people change
Some people change…
