Can you really call him Kobme when he is . . .

averaging 11 assists in his last three games (10, 10, and 13).  In last nights game, Kobe had 13 assists -- this following his two previous games when he had 10 assists in each game.  Pretty amazing for such a selfish player.  Any point guards who have done as well this last week?  Kobe looked last night to be a little too unselfish with the ball -- I would have like to see him go right at Yao in the middle and draw some fouls.

By-the-way, just in case you are wondering, he is averaging 13 apg in the month of March.

Also, Shaq can't stop Yao when Yao is shooting outside -- Yao isn't going to drive around Shaq but Shaq simply refuses to come all the way out of the middle to play Yao on the perimeter -- and you can see why -- the Lakers need Shaq in the middle to stop penetration.  On the other end of the court, Yao never guarded Shaq one-on-one and if you watch, he wasn't even playing Shaq toward the end of the game -- he was playing D against the Laker's PF.  Yao can't handle Shaq -- but Shaq can't stop Yao scoring when he is throwing the little jump hook thing that he does (certainly not as pretty as the sky hook) -- that's a pretty great weapon and nobody in the league is going to stop that thing -- well, on a regular basis though.  Kareem used to do that over Wilt -- amazing that nobody has used it since Kareem (okay, I'm talking about centers).

And Shaq -- go get your FT coach back -- you need it.  BEND YOUR KNEES -- dope!
