A final word on the Lakers to all you haters!

Anybody up for trying to catch a game next season, either a Lakers or Clips game.  Caught a few games with Reality and became a Clips season ticket holder but changes at work, and the stupid Clips front office, killed my season ticket desires.

I'm still up for one or two big games.

LA vs Miami or if we want a competitive game, L.A. vs L.A. or L.A. vs Golden State. ;)

I'd be up for a game.  Best bet is if it's across a weekend...preferring Saturday.  And I'd need a bit of advance notice, so I can get travel arranged.

Meeting folks from the board would be a priority.  The more people that can go, the better.

We had 4 show up a few years ago, Steddy Eddy, Dennis, Reality and myself.  I've lost touch with Dennis and Eddy.

Nothing jumps out on the schedule that involves the Lakers.  Such as Heat-Lakers last Dec 25th.

Clips-Spurs maybe.

Randy are you considering WOWs offer?
Rt is a live game too much reality for you?

LA vs LA is always fun.  I always have fun every year at those games.

I maybe able to join you guys (work permitting as I travel from office to office alot) as long as you dont mind a young buck hanging out with you grandpas.

A round of new castles on me if I do get to go.  Ill be ok to spend 50 bucks for 5 beers   :rofl:

Why go to LA to see a game with a mediocre team?

I'd be up for a live game at some point, preferably a one where the two teams are playing for something in the spring.

At least a Sixers game would be exciting, AI and AI allways put on a show.

Besides the game, there's allways something going on in Philly, and great food too.

The LA area is where a bunch of us reside.

Lets do a roll call and see where most of the posters live.  If there is an alternate city to meet I may be able to swing it with all my SouthWest miles.

BF, Egypt, as far as the NBA is concerned.  (That's Columbia, MO to the residents.)  6 hours from Memphis or Chicago, 12 to Denver, two hours to the St. Louis or Kansas City airports.

How about using those SouthWest miles for a trip to San Antone?

SAS-Phx provided some great games in last years playoffs.  Actually a few reg season Spurs-Suns games rocked also.

SAS-Kings have been some good ones, altho i dont know about 2005-6.  Kings can be very good this year but it seems SAS-Phx is the one that would be the most likely matchup to "deliver".  You know Nash is gonna bring it up and down the court and last year POP was like fine, lets play some up tempo.

I'm hearing rt that a high level competetive game would be the best of all.  However other then you Philly steakheads i dont know that SAS-Philly does much for the rest of the board.  Ditto Jomal on Kings-Spurs, altho they have had some great games the past few years.

No one matchup game is going to satisfy the entire board, thus i wonder if SAS-Phx entertains the majority along with all of us agreeing SAS is either the top or #2 for 2005-6.

I'm all for it but I need advance notice and a definate commitment.  I'd prefer a weekend game so I don't miss work but I could be persueded to ask for a day off.

The only drawback to going to an SA game is all those stupid greasy Mexican Spurs fans out there.  I could possibly overlook them and their pregant 16 year old wives if they don't steal my car stereo.
