That's old news but to say that's why rape victims don't come forward is not accurate.  There are various other reason and this scenario should not be exclusive to rape.  Whitnesses and victims get intimidated by people for all sorts of crimes, everything from GTA to murder.

Some guy gave me a hard time once for whitnessing a fight/shooting his brother was involved in, I have no idea how the guy knew I was a whitness.

You're right but I had to give the post a title.  

I haven't been following the trial so I had only heard about the first guy, the Eastern European fitness trainer.  

The bottom line is that this is really sickening.    :angry:
