Phil who? Kobe Bryant and Lama Odom expressed indifference to the news that Jackson is in town and met with Lakers owner Jerry Buss on Wednesday according to a report in the Los Angeles Daily News.

Bryant, asked if he could see himself playing for Jackson again, bristled slightly and said he didn't want to keep "regurgitating" the answer he gave during the All-Star break. But Bryant has never directly answered that question. His only comment in Denver was that Jackson's return was "a Phil who? But Bryant has never directly answered that question. His only comment in Denver was that Jackson's return was "a realistic possibility."

When asked if he had any opinion about Jackson's meeting with Buss, Bryant said, "Not at all. I really don't. I've got my nose dug in to what we're trying to do here."

Odom simply smiled and said, "I'm just an employee," when Jackson's name came up.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times reports that Jeanie Buss, a Laker vice president, said Saturday that Jackson and her father, owner Jerry Buss, would not discuss the job until after the season.

So what does Kobe Bryant think about these lates "realistic" developments?

"I really don't follow it," he said after a two-hour practice session Saturday at the Lakers' training facility in El Segundo. "I got my nose dug in to what we're trying to do here this season."

Bryant has been lukewarm to the prospect of again playing for Jackson. He initially said he would "roll with it."

On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

The Lakers have been running the triangle since Rudy took off.  Kurt Rambis and Brian Shaw have been brought  in as assistant coaches to help the team with running the triangle.

As for Kobe's comments.......hes mad because hes been asked the same question 1,000 times.  Each time the answer has been that he would like to play for Phil Jackson again.  Except of course at all-star weekend.  The Phil Jackson buzz has been going on since his GF hinted around to him considering it.
