Spurs lose to Jazz

Spurseses,

Did either of you or anyone see this play?  Or replay?
7 seconds left.

Salt Lake City (AP)
........a miss by Ginobili, who drove through the lane and appeared to be fouled hard but there was no call.

Also Popavitchs post game comment ""I'm happy for them, in a strange sort of way," said San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich, who waved and nodded to Sloan as he left the court.   Does he feel sorry for Utah because AK-47 is out or what?

Reality,

Two things:
1)  MANY calls go uncalled -- you can't get upset about one!
2)  Especially when your team puts itself in the position to get beaten by the Utah Jazz (who are WITHOUT AK47).

You should be upset but not at the refs, at that point!

Great game, they let them play. Utah was more aggressive on the boards at the end, props for the win.

1) Manu ran into Horry on the Spurs final possession.  Unfortunately you cannot be fouled by your own teammate.

2) Pop's comment was in connection with the fact that the Spurs had beaten the Jazz in 18 straight games before last night.  The Jazz last beat the Spurs in Feb 2000.

3) Jazz just out hustled...especially on the offensive boards....the Spurs all night.  They deserved the win.  And fittingly enough it was offensive board & put back that gave the Jazz the victory.
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.

1)  So it's ESPN.com at its finest again.

2)  Kind of get it.  He's being a good sport.

3)  Plus the FT bugaboo hit the Spurs again. 24-33 is not horrible but in a tight game it can be the difference.  Duncan is letting teams resort to Hack-A-Duncan at times.

Uh, Duncan hit 8 of 10.  Actually last night's FT problem was Parker.....5 of 10.

oh all i did was scroll the play by play in the 4th.  Dunker was 1-2 twice.

Ya 8-10 from Duncan is great.
Oh well losing a grinder at Utah could be worse....
