It would have been a good one too. So I just included the link. But if no one can see it, there is no point.

If you can, let me know and I will provide the details.

No. It was taken at my department's annual picnic last Thursday. I finally met him and spoke briefly with him. He said, "Nice to meet you", and I said "How'r you doin'", or something like that.

The women to his right is the Director of Finance, Donna Arduin, whom he hired to clean up the budget mess in California. What she did was to blame long-time Finance budget gurus for the problems and dismissed most of them.

Then these two looked over ousted Governor Grey Davis' previous budget plan and said "Why don't we try that", and that is exactly what they did.

By the way, for those who were wondering, Arnold was wearing his two-inch cowboy boots, making him about six feet tall. Not quite as big as he would like you to believe. He paused before shaking my hand and did not look too pleased. I doubt he would have agreed to a photo op with me, if I had asked. He seemed to favor people to whom he could tower over.

Jeez, Jomal. You seem a little oversensitive today. I hope you feel better eventually. Davis was a joke.

At least Arnold came to the Department's picnic. No other governor has ever done that. It was also unannounced, but right before he drove up in his Hummer, about a dozen young guys in suits and ear pieces started walking all around our area of Land Park. They all surrounded Arnold once he got there, and kept asking people to step a little further away from Arnold at times, though they never said that to me.

But he did pause before shaking my hand, for some reason. Maybe he instinctively knew I voted against him. :D
