It was pass interference on both sides of the ball.  Receiver moved him, defender pulled him down when the ball approached.

They were both on each other like flys on you know what....but if the reciever "moved" him he would have had to slow down since he we a step ahead of the defender.  That still doesn't take away from the fact that the defender pulled down the shoulder on his lead arm that would have led to a touchdown.  Only reason he missed the TD was because his shoulder was pulled down and kept him from full extending out to the ball in time.
