I understand where you're coming from Derek, but I feel words do matter more than that, very often they reveal the person you are within, for example, in Shaq's case, it reveals him to be an idiot that rarely opens his mouth other than to change feet, I think most of us would agree on that. When your actions match your words, obviously it is easier to formulate an opinion about an individual. If Garnett for example, were to say "This is war, and no pasty faced punk whiteboy like Brad Miller is going to pu his hand in my face and get away with it" (he DID NOT say this, this is just a hypothetical) the logical conclusion would be he is probably a racist, even if none of his actions heretofore had demonstrated such to be the case. So yes, Derek words DO matter. Garnett has been behaving like a thug the last few weeks, maybe we are seeing the real Garnett and his words are vaildating what we are seeing. That is not being judgemental, that is seeing someone being a punk and calling him a punk.
