My guess is the holdup with Williams is the number of years.

My guess is that Williams won't be signed until the Sixers know Iguodala won't take the QO.  Otherwise you lose potential cap space to add a shooter if you tie it up too soon in Lou's contract.  they can alsways sign later. 

it would be great to hear that a framework has been agrred upon, and they are just waiting to sign.

Gibsons 5yr/21M contrcat certainly is good news if that ends up being the framework of a deal.  i would expect Lou will get closer to the MLE, but I guess we will see.

If Iguodala doesn't sign a long-term deal with the Sixers and doesn't take the QO, than he's not playing for a team. It's extremely unlikely Iguodala signs with another team (AKA Memphis) so cap space really isn't the issue at this point. I think the reason Lou isn't signed is due to the fact that they haven't come to an agreement. I wonder how far off ES is with both of our RFAs.
