Bush military records a fraud?

Heard talk that the Bush military records that were released last week are fake.

The fonts used in the documents are post-word processor type.  The spacing between each letter was only capable of being created by one particular machine at the time, a very expensive machine that was NOT used by the military nor the gov. back in the 70's.  There is also a character on the documents that is part of a "true type" font that was not in existance until the mid-90's.

Anybody else heard/read about this?  Not sure if it's propaganda or if Bush has been caught in a lie AGAIN.

Actually what I heard was that it was the info AGAINST Bush is what's being questioned.

I don't think there forged documents, I think its political CIA spin to discredit the fact that there dogging his credibility.  I mean, the man allegedly snorted coke at Camp David!  Do I hold that against him?  No.  That was then, this is now.

sorry wow, but is there any real postivie answer to these begin fakes?  so far they are just suspect.  I dont see how bush being caught in any lie so far, if anything, this would be more to Kerry's advantage if these were fakes.....was there any ketchup stains on the documents???   we should look into that.... :rofl:

Actually the docs being fake are a "given".  The question now is who is behind the scam.  It's quite possible that everyone was dupped by the scam.
