I'm here... noticed someone has encroached on my usage of "FTW",  bastardo!

Looks like another busy summer lies ahead for Stefanski...

I don't know how he can really improve us.  We are owned by the cap and  no one is taking on our garbage.

Philadelphia 76ers / Re: Andre Iguodala: Top 10 player in the NBA?

I don't think "by position" is a good measure.  by that metric milsap is the 3rd best pf, lamarcus Aldridge is the 2nd best pf, and dre miller is the 3rd best pg.

I fully understand how you feel. the magic gift wrapped a win and we lost the game.  Stupid turnovers, i'll advised shots, and mental lapses (i'm looking at you dalembert).  I also agree the bench gave us nothing.  I'm to the point were I can't stand Lou.  He's the ultimate feast or famine player.

I'm encouraged because they can't seem to pull away from us.  Also, I have a lot of faith in Iguodala right now.  I'm even more impressed that after his horrific 1st half he got his head on straight at halftime.

The reffing on this game was beyond disappointing.  WE really need to look for Thad more.  He seems to be able to get a good shot against anyone the magic put on him.  I feel pretty okay going into our home games all things considered.

I  (like everyone else) was watching the Eagles.  9-15 from 3pt land? Shooter McGavin.  I didn't see the game but Iguodala has been really beasting lately.  His stats look mighty impressive.

lol.  Only Reggie  could get that tech.  Won't give old bad touch Evans any breaks.

I could never understand why more nba teams don't hire guys to work with the players on shooting and FT shooting.  When you make million dollar investments in players you can spend a couple of extra dollars to maximize your return.    Ditto for any raw Pf/C w/o a bigman coach.

Philadelphia 76ers / Sixers extend Cheeks.... again.
« on: September 09, 2008, 12:53:27 PM »

The Sixers added another extension on top of the previous one he got.  I would have preferred for this to happen after the season but whatever.
