Great ending to an otherwise stinker in my book.

Anyone notice the S on Tobey McGuire/Peter Parkers right cheek?
Is this coincidense?

Sorry Im not a Spyderman geek if its some well known fact that Peter Parker has an S on his cheek.

Haven't seen the movie, and no, I don't believe he has a characteristic scar that I've noticed, and I do read the comic book. (Still, I know, one of my infectious hobbies.)  Did find this on movie-mistakes.com though:

" Peter has a small horseshoe-shaped scar on his right cheek. In Dr. Octopus's lab, as Octopus is destroying the fusion reactor, they share a meaningful look and the scar has switched cheeks."

Yes i noticed the switched cheek also.  Was wondering if this was some plotline tidbit that hardcore Spydies would know about or was just a makeup room blunder by the studio.
