If he played at Fresno when Tark was the coach there, it's probably a GUARANTEE that he is a felon -- it's Tark's favorite kind of player (see JR, call me Isaiah, Rider as one example).

A little bit yes.  He played at Mpls Patrick Henry, currently THE power in MN HS hoop. Some wondered why the U of MN didn't recruit him at all coming out of HS.  Now we know.  

I don't recall him getting into much trouble in HS but who knows.  The coach up there is involved in working the open enrollment system to bring in star players so maybe he swept it under the rug.
