Best Halftime Prank Ever
« on: November 30, 2009, 01:15:42 AM »
I've seen the Jazz Bear pull of some hilarious pranks before, but this one is the best ever.

Of course they pick a Laker fan out of the crowd.

OF all the myriad things that become part of common culture the idea of "punking" someone, i.e. fooling them in to believing that something has happened when it actually hasn't is one of the most immature, idiotic things ever.

It's not funny. It's childish and infantile. Another sign of the "dumbing down" of America.

Sounds like someone's been on the receiving end of one too many pranks.

I can see how that might happen to you, Rick.

On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

I'm pretty sure that was done at least once before.  Personally my favorite b-ball prank happened occurred when somen hacked into the video monitor on the scoreboard at an Eastern Washington women's game and Rick Rolled the audience.

People have tried, and ended up embarrassed or worse.  Just because I find it childish and immature, doesn't mean that I don't realize that other people think it's funny, ro look for targets. The small minded rarely bother me, only when they rise to positions of authority and influence.  I'm pretty harmless until someone pisses me off.

You of all people with your background and morality, should recognize that America is in decline, and the root cause of it all is people's stupidity.  The majority of Americans having no standards or sensibilities and shallow morals, little surprises me in what happens.

My morality is all for show. Deep down, I'm a dirty rotten scoundrel.

Seriously though, yes, America is in a steep decline . . . and I'm not a little embarrassed to say that sometimes it's easier to laugh at it than weep for it.
