How about your opinion of Windows 7?  frmo the videos I have watched it seems pretty simple and clean, however , the fact that it is Windows makes me wonder how jacked up it really is...
On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

I will probably install it this weekend.  Everyone at work is raving about it.  Keep in mind the ravers are Vista users and not XP users.  ;)

Is the beta for corporate users only?

I have heard that it is a "light" version of vista.  It was renamed because vista has developed such a negative rep.  I have also heardthat Microsoft has threatened manufacturers with losing their preferred pricing if they continue loading the XP "downgrade" that ships with vista right now.
It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave.  Keep on thinking free.

I have so little interest in moving back to windows that I'm not going to even bother installing windows 7 in a vm.

Maybe when I get my next laptop if it has windows 7 on it i'll keep it installed on a second drive.

What I've been told by the people who have used it is that it addresses all the "slow" issues with Vista so it is possible that it's a "lighter" version of Vista.  The other thing I've been told is that it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better organized.  No more 12 mouse clicks to see your IP settings.  Everything is very well layed out and organized.  One user said it was looking and feeling more and more like the Apple flavor of OS's.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I was going to start a topic in match days about the Barcelona-Spurs match but it says I dont have rights.

Are you trying to hint at something?  I know when Im not wanted

There might be some setting about new posters starting a topic.  I think you have to have 10 posts or something.
