Any medical folk

Fracture of Humeral Head Bone and tear of the labrum

Should take one month for a professional athlete to be back to 100%?

That was my instinct just from being a sports fan and having to undergo rehab in high school for just a broken foot

Not just that but he's a post player.  What he does well requires strength in his shoulder.  I think perimeter players maybe able to come back fairly quicker on an injury like that but post players have too much impact in that area for them to get back in a month.  IMO of course, I am not a doctor.
