sorry, search google for tvu player.  Instal (its safe).  Then launch the player and then you can watch the game.  I listed the channel, but I found it by searching for knicks in the TVU player search bar.

Damn.. 7-8 shooting.  Meanwhile, Reggie Evans can't deliver on a point blank wide open layup.

The rebounding looks bad but whne you look at the +/- on the in game box score it's kind of odd - did the starters go with an NFL like appearance?

Speights again shows his versatility on offense, although he got caught out of position a few times, he held his own against Lee.  Brand scores 24 in 20 minutes on 10-13 shooting.

The Sixers got destroyed when they went long stretches with Evans, Rush and Ivy on the floor together- which was horrible.  Evans and Rush looked brutal tonight.  I hope Rush can show some good shooting, cause his floor game on both ends is horrible.  He can't drive, defend, pass, rebound and he's soft.  Other than that he's O.K. if he can hit a shot (and he went 0-6.)

Rush is just coming off of a bad ankle and was supposedly shooting well in camp.  I'll give him a game or two to improve his shot and his D.  That would be a brutal second unit if they all played together and Rush was not shooting well.  No Willie G. tonight who could help out a second unit.  Marshall only really makes sense to be on the floor when there is a post player like Brand or Speights in the game, spot-up shooting is about all he has to offer on the court.  Nice to hear Speights is looking good, even if it is pre-season.

All goof points.

I ha forgotten about Rush's injury until after the game.

Its always hard for role players to be expected to perform outside there roles.  I am still concerned to know what the 2nd unit (that starts the 2nd quarter) will look like.  Lou-Green-Rush-Speights and Evans probably would not get it down against other teams' 2nd units.  I assume either Iguodala or Brand would have to join that unit to keep it competative.

Cheeks is just experimenting and seeing what he can get away with.  This is the time to do this, when it doesn't count against your team.

The Sixers are a little thin at the power forward spot. Once they get past Brand, all we have is Evans and Reggie is not a guy you want taking shots in a game.  If Theo can give us support at Center than Speights can play backup PF and we get a lot stronger with the 2nd unit.  Cheeks put a group on the floor that he'd never have to actually use in a game.

It's unfortunate, but so far, Cheeks hasn't been able to get a good look at Ivey and Rush. It isn't certain that they'll both stay active with the team.  They will both have to beat out Willie Green to stick and it doesn't appear either is good enough.

Once the season starts, two of five players will be on the court at all times, Miller, Iguodala, Brand, Young and Williams.
