Well, if you had EVER been to a Spurs home game you would know which celebrities...besides Mrs. Parker...who attend Spurs games.  But then compared to your favorite player's team it isn't an impressive list.  Instead we have real people who are fans of the game fill up the majority of the arena.

To be fair David Beckam, Denzel, and Chris Rock are all big fans of the game itself.

Why not?  The guy is at every game.  In interviews he does he talks about how much he enjoys basketball.  He and Kobe hang out.  He even flew to see Team USA play in China.

Did you mean to type 'assumption' as oppose to 'estimation'?   It is one thing to just be there on select nights to get your picture taken or plug something.  It's another to go to every game and fly to China just to watch Team USA play.  By my estimation the guy likes basketball.  For whatever reason you seem to have a personal problem with him bringing up things that don't really matter with what we are discussing here.

And saying that Jack is a bigger fan then Beckham doesn't really mean anything.  Not quite sure what that has to do with anything.  Jack is probably a bigger fan then most people but that doesn't make those other people not fans.

Saying is one thing.  Actually showing up to all the home games, making a special trip to watch Team USA play in China, and being friends with the players is another.  That would fall under 'doing'.   See the difference is my examples are facts.  Your examples of why he is not are assumptions.  While I do not know if deep down in his heart that David Beckham loves  basketball everything he has done since coming to the states says that he does enjoy the sport.  It's not a far fetched idea that a professional athlete enjoys a sport that they do not play.
