Yes the point that defense is what wins important games.  Popazit focusing in on defense first and offense second is the correct way to go.  Tim Duncan says it, Manu says it.  When will you come around and agree?

I never denied defense was important.
You on the other hand have never admitted offense plays a part.  Now i see you are saying defense 1st, offense second.  I can buy that in most big games.  Still gotta have the O tho.

Offense greatly affects how a teams defense is set up on transition.

Popazits record of 4-6 when he has the best roster did not and does not make his way "the right way to go".  His overdone overused 4 Dumb offense, untimely smallball and stoopid player personell moves have cost the Spurs at least two titles. 

Take it up with JoeV.  He agrees Pop sucks.  I don't want to have another circular discussion.

Manus referencing most all of Laker Nations favorite color is a possible foresign to a possible Manu-Kobe backcourt.  No, Kobes is not coming to SA, Pops boring offense and The Collusion took care of that.  But stay tuned for future developments.  You just may get to see a Kobe-Manu backcourt at Staples Center.
