Heh.  it's not up yet.  I had the full transcript up, but then decided I had better wait until RealGM posts the article so I don't piss them off.  I did the interview for RealGM, so I'm going to give them the opportunity to decide what to do with it.  Sorry about that.

Side note:  Does this mean you are some sort of "bad arse" since you are able to sit down and speak with Ed Stefanski?

No.  I think Ed Stefanski's just going out of his way to give anybody the time of day because he's new.

I went to your blog only to see you had removed the transcript.  I agree though I mean we should wait for RealGM.

Can I ask you this though...how were you able to secure the meeting?  Did RealGM do it?  Or did you have a contact?  Also I am going to assume it was at the arena.  What does the front office look like up there?  Pretty nice?

Yeah.  The article's up now.

I contacted the sixers front office, not realgm.

It was actually a phone interview, so I didn't get to see the front office.

I'll see if I can post the transcript somewhere, although right now it's not up at realgm.

Congrats Derek!!  I am old enough to be your dad, so "I am proud of you son".  Keep it going, not often do you have a chance to make a few extra bucks writing and talking about things you love.

Thanks.  It was definitely a fun experience.  There's a lot I wish I had asked him, some that I forgot, and some that I chickened out on, but overall it could have been worse.
