Stu Jackson and Ray Allen's love affair
« on: January 02, 2008, 04:03:20 PM »
Can someone explain to me why anytime Ray Allen gets fouled hard magically his buddy Stu Jackson flies in to make sure a player gets suspended?  Odom has been suspended for Friday's game because of his flagrant foul on Ray Allen which was not malicious at all.  Just a hard foul.  This happened before with Bruce Bowen after Ray Allen cried to complain to his buddy.

However when Carmelo Anthony clearly did a Hulk Hogan choke slam on Sasha Vuachic there was no suspension?

Peasant on marquee player assault gets punished.
Marquee on marquee player assault gets punished.
Marque on peasant player assault does NOT get punished.

Baically it's the "star calls" taken to the next level.
"History shouldn't be a mystery"
"Our story is real history"
"Not his story"

"My people's culture was strong, it was pure"
"And if not for that white greed"
"It would've endured"

"Laker hate causes blindness"

Anyone on ray allen assult gets suspension lol

The favoritism for him is crazy.  It's more then just "Star treatment" Stu Jackson and Ray Allen are friends.  After the Spurs game Ray Allen personally called Stu Jackson and told him to review Bowen stepping under Ray Allen.  Stu Jackson then suspended Bruce Bowen the next day.

I am not nearly as jaded as WOW.  I don't believe in the grand conspiracy to the same degree as he does.  I just think it is pretty simple.  Stu Jackson (an ex-Oregon Duck BTW, something I am not proud of) is a flipping idiot, who more than any other executive in sports is totally arbitrary in how he makes his decisions.
A third-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the majority. A second-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the minority. A first-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking.

A quotation is a handy thing to have about, saving one the trouble of thinking for oneself.

You know, Ziggy, sometimes, it *IS* as simple as that.

How Stu Jackson still has a job, much less one in the NBA, is beyond me.

Let that man put together the Olympic team, and we'd be getting blown out by Angola.
