Let's talk about the 3rd quater where the Lakers got the benefit of all the calls and got themselves back into the game because of it. The Lakers surely had the benefit of the league on their side when the refs were ordered to have leeway because they were at The Staples Center in front of movie stars.
Okay I've viewed the entire 3rd. Are you whining mostly about the Kwame technical? He did foul KG. Initially he hacks at KG and graises him. No call, fine. KG then stiff arms back at Kwame. No call so they are even. Now KG plants and shoots. Kwame instead of crowding him keeps moving his body into KG. Good call, it jacked up KGs shot. No foul with the hands, it was moving his body into KGs that was the foul.
Heres the entire 3rd:
60-47 Kendrick Perkins goes up for layup right near the rim. Odom inside of little arc definitely gets Kendricks arm and head with his left elbow. No call, Kendrick missed layup.
60-50 Definite blocking foul by Kome on driving Tony Allen, instead just thereafter Trevor Ariza gets rung up for picking Allen clean.
60-50 still. Double dribble on Byns no call.
64-54 Odom dunks, gets the very ticky tacky +1 on Pierce.
72-62 Excellent no call on the flopping fairys act. Stays on floor and tries to PMS pout for effect.
74-66 Walton grabbing onto Pierce to knock ball away. NFL version of pass interference, he can't get steal without it. Good call.
74-66 Kobe should not have gotten offensive foul, Pierces feet were moving plus he flopped after contact to accentuate.
74-66 Kwamster needed to simply keep his feet set. He slid instead. Pierce 2 +1. Keep your feet set and stop whining.
