As for rosters, I know my keepers, and have a good idea of the eligibility thing for most folks.

Ted:  LeBron and Marion have used up eligibility.
ziggy:  Nowitzki has used up eligibility.  Larry Hughes (I believe) has one year left.
Skander:  Kirilenko has used up eligibility.  Ron Artest has one year left.
Caleb:  Stoudemire has used up eligibility.  Dwight Howard has one year left.
you:  Kevin Garnett has used up eligibility.  Tracy McGrady was eligible for the amnesty rule that I proposed, but you had earlier indicated that you planned on forgoing that.
Genghis:  Duncan and Nash have used up eligibility.
LTTK:  Elton Brand has used up eligibility.  Dwyane Wade has one year left.
Randy:  Jermaine O'Neal has used up eligibility.  Al Harrington has one year left.
Cord:  Paul Pierce has used up eligibility.  I don't remember his other keeper from last year.
WayOut:  Shaq and Yao have used up eligibility.
SpursX3:  Kobe has used up eligibility.  I don't remember his other keeper.
BBF:  Okafor has used one year of eligibility.  I don't remember his other keeper.

Obviously, I'm close, but I don't have it all memorized, and I can't remember anyone's roster other than just some key players.

Just in case the chart is a bit hard to read, Cudall.  You can no longer keep Paul Pierce, you can keep Mike Bibby for one more off season, any other player can be kept for two more off season's.

Regarding that chart - please note that Dirk's color is wrong.  Dirk has been kept in consecutive off-seasons, and therefore, is not eligible to be kept.

Now if he'll just slip to me at (presumably) #9....
