SuperFabs to guard Dirk?

It may just be internet legend, but apparantly with Fabs Obertos good guarding of Pao Gasol, Fabs may see some time Thurs night on Dirk.

With Fabs extensive history of guarding NBA players (sorry I'm to tecknikally lame or i would post photos of Fabs locking down Dirk, JOneal, Tim Dunkar and the Spurs very own Kiwi Marks) fuel is being added to the fire.  All in International games.  (Randolph you know so little of Fabs past.)

However when Argentina played Germany twice in 2002 Oberto didn't guard Dirk, it was teamate Wolkowisky, who is a defensive specialist (and by the way he did a great job on him). Oberto guarded Femerling, a 7'1'' center.

So while the game won't have any media glitz of .500 superstars, it will have some interesting matchups.

Not sure of Josh Howards status.  That's big for Dallas.

Your streak of mentioning Lakers in non-Lakers thread still stands at 3 years 10 days and 19 hours.

LMAO @ the thought of Fabs doing anything to Dirk.  Obsession makes grown men say crazy things.  There is not anyone in the league who is tall and fast enough to guard Dirk let alone some scrub who cannot beat out Nazr Mohammed for minutes.

The air is too thin for him where I operate in the Starbucks league.

Now if you are talking about the Gatorade League, no not at all.  I haven't seen a gatorade passer like that in my life.
