Can anybody help track a guy down?

Had this contractor run off with a bunch of my electrical gear.  Trying to track the guy down.  All I have is a first name and cell number.  I tried the internet phone number search sites but it didn't work.

Any ideas?

The gear is worth about 800 dollars, so 15 is no problem.
