Why did he get charged with two counts of battery? Didn't Artest hit several people? I couldn't find an explanation why O'Neal got two counts.
And I am VERY glad they are pressing charges against fans too -- even pressing charges for fans walking onto the court. More needs to happen but this is definately a good thing -- the charges need to happen to the players as well as the fans. I would love to see all of them have to spend a few days cooling their heels off in a jail cell -- maybe it would help the next time.
