Baserunning.
Cards have bases juiced and only one out.
Man Ram is a weak left fielder but Walker tagging up on a flyball 30 feet past the shortstop.  :nonono:  Did Walker run on his own or did the 3rd base coach send him.  Double play out at home easily.

3rd inning.  2nd & 3rd zero outs.  On grounder to 1st Suppan gets caught in between home and third.  Double play.

Props to Bosox hitters for chipping away.

At this point, I'm sick of baseball and I'm sick of politics. Both go too damn long. They really need to start modeling both after the NBA playoffs...

Yeah I guess for fun and more interesting/entertaining we'll have to post a photo of the Red Sox outfielder hydroplaning atop the puddle by the warning track.  Weeeeeeeeee!

Or post a picture of a Cardinal with a purse.

I've got nothing to say because I'm upset at the way my team has played like shit.  Congrats to Boston for the way they've performed, but we've done a lot to help them.  I'm still trying to figure out what the hell Suppan was thinking.  Five-year-olds can run the bases better than that.
This message was brought to you by Diet Dr. Pepper.  It tastes more like regular Dr. Pepper.

On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

How a guy on first does NOT score after the outfielder slips, falls, and takes a while to get the ball amazes me.  Only to see the moron base runner get thrown out because he couldn't decide to score a frickin run.  Jeeeeeeeeez

Count ME in as a disappointed fan.  My wife is a HUGE Cardinal fan -- I do like the team but I find baseball VERY slow (it's a game I can "watch" and still play on the 'puter though -- you never miss ANYTHING in baseball that you can't see again).

I'm just disappointed that this team flat hasn't shown up.  This team is a GREAT team -- and their bats have flat disappeared.  Give the Sox their due but the Cards lost all their momentum in the Astro series -- the Astros took the wind out of their sail and they haven't gotten it back yet.

The Cards are going to have to send ALL of their pitchers back to learn how to run -- you would think these pitchers were from the AL but they AREN'T -- simply NO excuse.  Want to know how this series is going?  Perfect example is a Card's pitcher WALKING Pedro Martinez!

I am a baseball fan, and as such I have no iron in this fire.  There is only 1 team that I would root for no matter what, because I have rooted for them since I was a youngster.  In this series I really don't care who wins, I just want an exciting 7 game series, like the Yankees and Red Sox of the last 2 years, the Cards Astros, or the Yankee DBacks of a couple years ago.  All I want is a good series that is exciting, which we aren't getting.  That is disappointing.

A quotation is a handy thing to have about, saving one the trouble of thinking for oneself.
