Derek,
Do you have the final list of keepers complete yet?
A third-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the majority. A second-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the minority. A first-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking.

A quotation is a handy thing to have about, saving one the trouble of thinking for oneself.

Was everyone else clear that they had to:

1)  Put their keepers as their first two picks.
2)  Take everyone elses keepers off their draft list.

I know I wasn't.

Well doesn't it kind of make sense :P

With your first two picks you HAVE to select your keepers.  Hence, you would want your keepers listed as your first two options.  You will be able to manually select your keepers (if you're there), but no reason not to have that fail safe in place.  I know it's tempting to put Tim Duncan as a first priority, but you're not allowed to draft him.

Then, theoretically, if someone misses the draft and doesn't take that keeper, the guy should be there in free agency and the mistake can be corrected if everyone places other teams keepers on their do not draft list.

I would have thought that the "league" would have give you the right to place a couple of players on each squad as keepers.  I guess not, huh?

ok sorry, about this, but who is keeping who again?  the list?
On the set of Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris brought a dying lamb back to life by nuzzling it with his beard. As the onlookers gathered, the lamb sprang to life. Chuck Norris then roundhouse kicked it, killing it instantly. The lesson? The good Chuck giveth, and the good Chuck, he taketh away.

Looking at the list IMO the best dou's:

Diggler/Allen
T-Mac/AK
KG/Kidd

The worst:
Sheed/Odom

"Not his story"

"My people's culture was strong, it was pure"
"And if not for that white greed"
"It would've endured"

Dirk/Allen by far IMO.

A healthy Kidd and KG might have been up there, but it's a moot point.  I don't have a healthy kidd.

Well thank you both.  I guess that means the pressure is clearly on me in the draft to fill out the rest of my roster with players that compliment what I already have.  Of course I wouldn't mind being in WOW's position with the 2 best centers in the game.  Lots of trade bait.
I would also like to say that Skander did pretty darn good with TMac and AK47.

Shaq's value has skyrocketed since the trade, I glad to have him.  Yao Bling will be solid day in and day out, hopefully T-Mac won't screw up plans for the twin towers of domination.  I just wish those guys were more flexible in positions ala Duncan and Diggler.

You're saved by the one util.  Otherwise, taking 2 keepers at the same position would be suicide.
