Uh...that applies if I'm a court of law.  As a person, I'm under no obligation to give any "benefit of the doubt" to Bryant.

I think he did it.

I think he did it.
Thinking he did it (going with what your gut tells you), is quite different from stating in no uncertain terms he is a rapist.

A quotation is a handy thing to have about, saving one the trouble of thinking for oneself.
