World Championships
« on: August 31, 2010, 12:42:48 PM »
Nice to see the US is back to its late 90s-early 2000s "clogged toilet bowl" offense.

What a terrible 4th quarter against Brazil yesterday.  No one passing, everybody going for their own shot, ect.

If that's the way we're going to play in the knockout stage, forget it.

Anybody else catch the game?

I did not see this game.  I did see the previous two and the U.S. looked very solid.  I was surprised to see how close last nights game was based on the previous performances.

I didn't catch the game but I am not surprised.  There is no clear cut leader on the team outside of Chauncey.  I know they tried to put Kevin Durant in that role but he's not quite matured enough and doesn't know the game well enough to lead a bunch of 'star' players in the world championships like that.
